Office Ergonomic Assessment Training


Our Office Ergonomic Assessment Training is designed to upskill key staff within your organisation—such as HR, OHS, and team leaders—to confidently identify ergonomic risks and conduct proactive workstation assessments across your workplace.


This session provides practical, evidence-based training on injury prevention, optimal workstation setup, and ergonomic compliance. It’s ideal for organisations seeking to build internal capability for early risk detection and staff support.


Training is delivered onsite by experienced workplace physiotherapists who specialise in ergonomics and injury prevention. Since 2015, our consultants have completed over 7,000 ergonomic assessments across a wide range of industries.

What’s Covered in the Training:


  • Injury prevention principles for sedentary workers, including how common injuries develop
     
  • Step-by-step guide to setting up seated and standing workstations ergonomically
     
  • Safe and effective use of sit-stand desks (if applicable)
     
  • Understanding ergonomic furniture and workstation accessories
     
  • Overview of OHS obligations regarding workplace ergonomics
     
  • Q&A session for practical discussion and clarification
     
  • A training resource pack, including ergonomic checklists and stretch/exercise handouts, for future employee use
     

Duration:


We recommend allocating two hours for a comprehensive session.
If you have time constraints, we can tailor the session to meet your scheduling needs.


Trainer Qualifications:


All training is delivered by qualified physiotherapists and ergonomists with extensive experience in workplace injury prevention and office ergonomics. PhysioErgo 360 has been delivering workplace training services since 2013.


Certificates:


Certificates of attendance can be provided upon request for your internal records.
