In addition to making on-the-spot ergonomic adjustments, we educate employees on posture, movement habits, and early signs of musculoskeletal strain — empowering them to prevent small niggles from becoming long-term issues.
Think of it as a mini consult from a physiotherapist with a focus on injury prevention and ergonomic optimisation.

Office Sweeps vs. Individual Assessments
- Office Sweeps are preventative and ideal for all staff — brief assessments focused on early risk detection and setup optimisation.
- Individual Ergonomic Assessments are reactive — more in-depth, reserved for employees already experiencing symptoms or recovering from injury. These involve longer sessions and detailed clinical reporting.
