Office Ergonomic Sweeps

 What is an Ergonomic Office Sweep?An ergonomic sweep is a brief, individual assessment of each employee's workstation across your office or workplace. These assessments are preventative in nature and aim to ensure that all workstations are set up correctly to minimise risk, prevent discomfort, and support employee wellbeing.Office sweeps are ideal:


  • After a recent office relocation or fit-out  
  • As part of your annual workplace health check  
  • When proactively addressing early ergonomic risks before symptoms emerge  


All sweeps are conducted by qualified physiotherapists with specialist training in workplace ergonomics and injury prevention. 

Our Approach


At PhysioErgo 360, we don't believe in generic checklists or cookie-cutter advice. Every employee is assessed individually by a physiotherapist who considers their physical needs, reported symptoms (if any), and interaction with their specific workstation.

In addition to making on-the-spot ergonomic adjustments, we educate employees on posture, movement habits, and early signs of musculoskeletal strain — empowering them to prevent small niggles from becoming long-term issues.

Think of it as a mini consult from a physiotherapist with a focus on injury prevention and ergonomic optimisation.

Office Sweeps vs. Individual Assessments


  • Office Sweeps are preventative and ideal for all staff — brief assessments focused on early risk detection and setup optimisation.
     
  • Individual Ergonomic Assessments are reactive — more in-depth, reserved for employees already experiencing symptoms or recovering from injury. These involve longer sessions and detailed clinical reporting.
